At OS Formula Wheels, we take care to ensure your wheels are correctly prepared, securely packaged and delivered safely.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most of our wheels are supplied as blank fitments and custom-machined to suit your vehicle's specifications.

Once your order and fitment details have been confirmed, we will arrange machining and preparation for dispatch.

Most orders are processed with in 10 working days but processing times may vary depending on stock availability, machining requirements and order volume. We will advise you of any significant delays.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide using reputable freight and courier providers.

Shipping costs are calculated or quoted based on your location, order size and freight requirements.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International freight costs are quoted based on the destination, package dimensions and weight.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, regional locations or circumstances outside our control.

Please inspect your wheels upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can assist.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
