Welcome to OS Formula Wheels.
By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.
OS Formula Wheels specialises in classic and old-school wheels, including custom-machined fitments for Australian, American, European and Japanese vehicles.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies. If a pricing or product information error affects an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options and provide a refund where required.
CUSTOM MACHINING INCLUDED
Most OS Formula Wheels products are supplied as blank fitments, allowing us to machine the wheels specifically for your vehicle.
Custom machining may include:
4-stud or 5-stud PCD.
Offset and backspacing.
Centre bore.
Front and rear wheel combinations.
Custom machining is included in the advertised wheel price unless otherwise specified.
Centre caps and wheel nuts are also supplied at no additional cost where stated in the relevant product listing.
ORDERING & FITMENT CONFIRMATION
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and confirm the required wheel specifications before machining begins.
This includes advising us of any modifications that may affect fitment, such as changes to suspension, brakes, hubs, differentials or bodywork.
Our team can provide guidance based on the information supplied, but final fitment must account for the actual vehicle configuration.
We recommend confirming all relevant clearances, load requirements and specifications before ordering.
Once fitment specifications have been agreed, they may be used to prepare the wheels for machining.
CUSTOM ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom-machined wheels are prepared to individual customer specifications.
Once machining has commenced, cancellations and change-of-mind returns will generally not be accepted.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
WHEEL FITMENT & VEHICLE COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected wheel and tyre combinations are suitable for their vehicle and comply with applicable regulations.
This includes relevant requirements concerning wheel dimensions, load ratings, tyre suitability, clearance and vehicle modifications.
We recommend having wheels and tyres installed by a qualified professional using appropriate mounting hardware and recommended tightening procedures.
Where required, customers should seek advice from a suitably qualified vehicle engineer or relevant registration authority.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Shipping charges, processing times and delivery arrangements are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges unless otherwise agreed.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES
Our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy outlines how we handle returns, product concerns and warranty enquiries.
All products are supplied with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE & SPECIFICATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions.
Minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings and manufacturing processes.
Product specifications and finishes will be supplied in accordance with the agreed order, subject to applicable consumer guarantees.
INSTALLATION, USE & MAINTENANCE
Wheels must be installed and maintained appropriately for their intended use.
Incorrect installation, misuse, overloading or unauthorised modifications may affect product performance and safety.
Customers should follow relevant vehicle, tyre and wheel manufacturer recommendations.
WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, branding, logos, product photographs, descriptions and other materials owned by OS Formula Wheels remain our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce or use our materials commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, OS Formula Wheels is not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification of products.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising under applicable consumer guarantees.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to the customer or transaction.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an accepted order without agreement or a lawful basis.
